By booking an appointment with Vivid Surface Window Cleaning, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Estimates & Pricing

All services are quoted after a free on-site estimate. The final price may vary based on the actual number of windows/panes, property size, height, accessibility, and condition of the windows or gutters. The price quoted in the estimate is valid for 30 days.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, or Zelle.

A deposit may be required for large commercial or recurring jobs.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, snow, or extreme temperatures).

4. Access to Property

You must provide safe and clear access to all work areas (windows, ladders, gutters, etc.).

Please remove or secure pets, children, and valuables from work areas.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing unsafe conditions (loose shingles, damaged ladders, unstable ground, etc.).

5. Scope of Work & Limitations

Window Cleaning: Includes hand washing of glass, frames, sills, and tracks. Screens are removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. We do not repair broken windows, seals, or hardware.

Gutter Cleaning: Includes removal of leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts. We do not repair gutters, install guards, or clear underground drains.

Small amounts of residue may remain in complex or hard-to-reach areas. We provide a functional, professional clean.

6. Liability

We are fully insured for liability. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by faulty equipment on the property, or normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for damage to plants, landscaping, or personal items left in the work area. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 48 hours. We will return at no extra charge to correct any issues within reason.

8. Weather Policy

Exterior services (windows and gutters) are weather-dependent. In the event of bad weather, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenient date.

9. Recurring Services

For monthly or bi-monthly recurring customers, a written cancellation notice of at least 30 days is required to terminate the service.

10. General

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
